Elsy is a 3-4 year old female Terrier wo was brought to the shelter by her owners because they were no longer able to care for her. Though Elsy has grown into an adult-size body she still acts like a puppy. She likes to play with any kind of toy she is given and even makes a few toys of her own out of blankets. Elsy is very out-going and just loves everyone!
